Sisterhood, the Blog celebrates digital diva shero Heather Blanchard, co-founder of Crisis Commons

Greeting All,

Sisterhood, the Blog (STB) is celebrating digital diva sheroes during National Women’s History Month.  Digital diva sheroes are women who use the Internet to do great work online and offline.  They are also women who will be featured in Ananda Leeke’s next book Sisterhood, the Blog: Soundbytes from the 21st Century Women’s Online Revolution.

Today, we are celebrating Heather Blanchard, a technology evangelist, aspiring music writer, humanitarian, and co-founder of Crisis Commons http://www.crisiscommons.org.  Crisis Commons was established as an impromptu Tweetup at Government 2.0 Camp to unite communities, seek common ground, and cultivate innovation in the use of technology for mobility and efficiency during crisis in March 2009.  For more information about Heather, follow her on Twitter: http://twitter.com/poplifegirl. Be sure to read her blog about music and technology: http://www.newcicada.com.
